PTT Proportional Fittings (PT1/8xPT1/8)
Use with a resistance-type lubricator.
Use with a straight-through distributor.
Suitable oil.
1. Metering fittings can be used with resistance-type lubricators and the following six distributors: A type, AE type, B type, CB type, AE grease distributors with single top/bottom ports, and BB automotive grease distributors.
2. Different flow ratios can be combined to reduce flow differences between lubrication points.
3. Flow through proportional fittings increases in multiples of the smallest flow ratio. Under the same operating conditions, CPS-3 flow is approximately twice CPS-2 flow, while ST-2 flow is approximately four times ST-0 flow.
4. Use clean oil to prevent contaminants accumulating inside the metering fitting and reducing or blocking oil delivery.
