KGVB Pressure-relief Electric Semi-fluid Grease Lubricator
Metered lubrication
PLC-controlled.
1. A PLC controls lubrication and interval times. Use with CFB positive-displacement grease distributors for metered delivery.
2. A pressure-regulating valve adjusts line pressure; a forced-feed button also allows manual lubrication.
3. An optional 20 kgf/cm² pressure switch detects damage to the lubrication lines and automatically sends a signal.
4. An optional capacitive oil-level sensor detects low oil level.
5. A special-alloy steel gear pump paired with an induction motor provides stable output pressure, quiet operation and a long service life.
6. A fan cools the induction motor effectively and extends lubricator service life.
