√ The push-button digital counter built into AMGP-01A series lubrication pumps enables intermittent fluid delivery.
AMGP-01A(F) is used with DB-type proportional distribution valves. AMGP-01AF-T is used with ARD-340, ARD-350 and PVO metering valves.

√ Numbers and text on the front control panel make the digital controller easy to read and help identify abnormal pump conditions.

√ Interval and discharge times are set conveniently and accurately, supplying the required quantity of lubricant.

√ An optional low-level alarm can be connected to an external controller.

1. Setting Procedure
MODE ■: start setting / move / confirm and exit; ▲: increase value; ▼: decrease value
A) Press button ③ MODE ■. The interval digits flash. Press button ① ▲ to increase the value or button ② ▼ to decrease it.
After setting the required interval, press button ③ MODE ■ again. The discharge time digits flash. Use ① ▲ and ② ▼ to adjust the value. Once the required discharge time is set, press ③ MODE ■ to exit.
B) If no value is entered for ten seconds during setup, the system treats setup as complete and automatically returns to operation.
C) Each press of ▲ or ▼ changes the value by one. Holding the button changes the value continuously.

2. RESET Function
Pressing RESET during operation restores the initially configured operating state.

3. FEED Button (Manual Lubrication)
Press FEED during operation. The panel displays FEED and liquid is discharged while the button is held, independently of the set time. This is useful for purging air from piping and electrically feeding oil.

4. Low Oil Alarm (Optional)
When the tank oil level is low, the panel displays oil and a buzzer sounds, making the low level easy to identify.

Operating Time Settings

The pump generates heat during operation. Set the interval according to the table. If the interval is too short relative to discharge time, excessive motor temperature is detected by the internal safety device,which stops the motor automatically. Operation resumes after the temperature falls.
