Grease Lubrication System
Lubrication of automated equipment, bearings and guide rails; grease lubrication.
The Weidoya grease-lubrication system is widely used in automated machinery. It automatically and accurately supplies the required quantity of grease, reducing wear and supporting stable, efficient operation.
The Weidoya grease-lubrication system mainly consists of a lubricant reservoir, supply lines, distributors, a lubrication pump/lubricator and sensors. These components work together to automate grease supply and distribute it appropriately.
The system operates in four key steps: sensing, assessment, supply and circulation.
- Sensing: sensors at key machinery locations detect operating conditions and lubrication requirements. Real-time monitoring of temperature, speed and load identifies the appropriate lubrication timing.
- Evaluation: the control valve evaluates sensor signals and determines whether to start lubricant delivery. It remains closed during normal equipment operation and opens promptly when abnormal conditions trigger the lubrication process.
- Supply: once the control valve opens, the lubrication pump draws the required grease from the reservoir and delivers it through lines and distributors to each lubrication point. This highly automated process requires no manual operation.
- Circulation: after lubrication, return lines recover excess lubricant to the reservoir for reuse in the next cycle. Recirculation improves lubricant utilization and overall system efficiency.
The Weidoya grease lubrication system offers several significant advantages:
- Precise automatic adjustment: grease supply adjusts to real-time equipment conditions, avoiding waste from excess lubrication and excessive wear from insufficient supply.
- Longer equipment life: supplying the right amount of grease significantly reduces machinery wear, extends equipment service life and lowers replacement costs, creating greater economic value.
- Real-time condition monitoring: sensors continuously monitor machinery and identify potential faults, providing data for preventive maintenance. This helps companies act early and avoid downtime losses caused by unexpected failures.
- Improved production efficiency: highly automated lubrication substantially reduces manual operations and labor costs while improving equipment operating efficiency, making production processes smoother and more efficient.
- Energy savings and environmental benefits: the system’s circulation design reduces unnecessary lubricant loss and energy consumption, while reducing potential environmental pollution and supporting greener industrial operations.
The Weidoya grease-lubrication system uses a sensing–evaluation–supply–circulation principle to automate grease supply and recirculation. It supports efficient equipment operation, longer service life, reduced wear and energy savings, making it a key component of modern machinery. Regular maintenance and servicing remain essential for stable, efficient operation.
