VG Series Monochrome Vision Sensors
InquiryVG series vision sensors use images captured through an integrated industrial-camera lens to detect target presence, size, shape, orientation and patterns. Compared with a separate vision system, integrated LED lighting, camera and lens simplify setup and management. A global shutter captures images, and 10 basic inspection functions support various applications. Images can be saved directly to an FTP server for separate management and analysis of inspection data.

Up to 32 job groups can be configured to adapt to changing work environments; each group contains 64 inspection items.
FTP server data storage.
Free Vision Master vision-sensor management software: inspection simulator, parameter and job-group management, inspection-result monitoring, FTP transfer of test results, multilingual support and more.
IP67 protection rating (IEC standard).
