VC Series Smart Cameras
InquiryVC series smart cameras use images captured through an integrated industrial-camera lens to inspect codes, OCR/OCV, patterns, position, presence, size and shape. A global shutter captures images, and 14 basic inspection functions support various applications. Optimized heat dissipation ensures reliable operation and long expected service life.
Main Features
A global shutter captures images with minimal motion blur.
Inspection functions: position compensation, brightness, contrast, area, edge, shape, length, angle, diameter, object count, barcode, OCR, OCV and pattern inspection.
Configure up to 64 independent job groups, each with 32 inspection points.
FTP server data storage.
Smart camera software (atVision) is provided:
Inspection simulator, parameter and job-group management, inspection-result monitoring, FTP transfer of test results, multilingual support and more.IP67 protection (IEC) with waterproof lens cover, sold separately.
C-mount type.
Gigabit Ethernet communication.
Power and I/O cables are available separately.
