Inquiry

1. Metered lubrication with discharge adjustable from 0.01cc to 0.08cc.

2. Two drive methods control operating frequency: (a) A pneumatic frequency generator allows adjustment of stroke frequency and has a service life of 10 million cycles. (b) A voltage-driven solenoid valve allows precise PLC control of stroke frequency by switching the air supply ON/OFF and has a service life of 2 million cycles.

3. Recommended operating air pressure: 4–8 kgf/cm².

4. Up to two grease outlets can be provided as required. Do not plug either outlet.

5. A delivery adjustment valve sets the discharge quantity for each stroke. The valve is secured using a locking hole to prevent unintended changes to the discharge setting.

6. Optional reed switches can be fitted to grease outlets to check whether strokes operate correctly.

7. An optional reed-switch oil-level detector can monitor level and send a signal automatically.

8. Can be used with an OT spray gun with a φ4 oil inlet to spray grease.

9. Fill the POM-A reservoir through the grease nipple to prevent air and foreign matter from entering.

10. POM-AP-07 must be used with a 700 cc bellows-type grease cartridge. Replace the empty cartridge without time-consuming refilling. Cartridges are sold separately; refer to the bellows-type grease cartridge ordering codes.

◆ Replacement Procedure

1		Hold the grease cartridge cover firmly and turn it counterclockwise to loosen it.
2		Remove the cover and spring.
3		Turn the empty grease cartridge counterclockwise and remove it.
4		Before installing a new cartridge, squeeze out a small amount of grease to prevent air entering the lubricator.
5		Turn the new cartridge clockwise to secure it to the cover base.

6		Refit the cover and spring.
7		Turn the cover clockwise to secure it to the base and complete cartridge replacement.
