1. Metered lubrication with discharge adjustable from 0.01cc to 0.08cc.

There are two drive methods for the operating frequency: (a) Frequency generator: driven by the air supply, with stroke frequency adjustable to requirements and a service life of 10 million cycles. (b) Solenoid valve: voltage-driven, with the required stroke frequency precisely controlled by a PLC. It switches the air supply ON/OFF and has a service life of 2 million cycles.

4. Recommended air pressure: 4–8 kgf/cm2 for improved atomization.

5. Up to four oil-air outlets can be fitted as required. Do not block any oil-air outlet.

6. An oil adjustment valve sets the discharge per stroke. A fixing hole locks the setting to prevent accidental changes.

7. An air adjustment valve controls compressed-air flow to vary atomization.

8. An 80-mesh oil filter is supplied. The filling port of the 2L tank also has a 40-mesh filter to remove impurities.

9. Optional reed switches on each oil-air outlet monitor whether strokes operate normally.

10. Models with a 2L tank or 2000cc oil cup can use an optional float switch to detect the oil level and send a signal automatically.

11. Use vegetable oil with a viscosity of 22–68 cSt at 40°C. Do not add water-based cutting fluid or volatile oils, including alcohol-based or ethylene-glycol-based fluids.
