1. Operation and interval times are PLC-controlled.
2. Driven by compressed air controlled by a 3-port, 2-position solenoid valve. The valve switches the air supply to turn the lubricator ON/OFF. Output pressure is controlled by input air pressure, and lubrication is supplied during operation.
3. Recommended air pressure: 3.5–7kgf/cm2. Set the ON/OFF time of the 3-port, 2-position solenoid valve to at least 5 seconds for normal oil discharge.
4. A manual lubrication button provides forced lubrication.
5. Use with an OC oil-air volumetric distributor for metered oil delivery and oil-air mixing.
6. Two pressure gauges separately monitor inlet air pressure and discharge pressure.
7. Includes a float switch for oil level detection and automatic signaling.
8. Three pressure switches are provided: (a) H-Oil, high oil pressure, 20kgf/cm², detects damage to the lubrication lines; (b) L-Oil, low oil pressure, 1kgf/cm², checks that pressure relief functions correctly; (c) Air, 3.5kgf/cm², checks that air pressure is normal.
