BC Series Colour Mark Sensors
InquiryBC color mark sensors provide precise color matching for reliable detection. A 12-bit RGB 3-color LED light source compares the preset and detected colors to determine object presence. Two detection modes each offer 3 sensitivity levels. The W1.24 × L6.7 mm rectangular spot detects colors on small objects and labels. IP67 protection resists water and dust in spray and washdown environments.
Main Features
Excellent colour-matching accuracy.
- RGB three-color LED light source and 12-bit resolution.
- Two detection modes: color-ratio recognition (C), or color ratio plus light/dark recognition (C+I).
- Three adjustable sensitivity levels for each detection mode: high, normal and low.
Reduces interference from ambient light and minimizes errors for stable detection.
The teaching indicator confirms the set colour.
Operation indicator (red LED), stability indicator (green LED) and delay indicator (orange LED).
Product functions can be set using external wiring inputs.
A 1.24 mm wide × 6.7 mm long rectangular light spot identifies colors of small objects and labels.
IP67 protection rating (IEC standard).
