The timer is inside the controller. DIP switches set lubrication and interval times, with 8 options for each.

The electronic control box has operating and interval indicators.

Two startup modes are available. The standard mode starts with an interval: (a) lubrication first—the lubrication timer starts at power-on; (b) interval first—the interval timer starts at power-on.

Interval-first models have a memory function. If power fails during an interval, operation resumes from the remaining interval time when power returns, preventing repeated lubrication.

Use with a positive-displacement distributor for metered oil delivery.

A pressure gauge monitors operating pressure.

A float switch detects oil level and automatically sends a signal.

A buzzer sounds a warning when the oil level is too low.

Includes a forced lubrication button (F button). Do not hold it continuously for more than 3 minutes, to avoid motor overload.

Includes motor temperature protection. When the temperature reaches 100°C, operation stops temporarily for approximately 5 minutes.
