CENB Pressure-relief Electric Lubricator — Timer Control
InquiryA timer controls lubrication and interval times. The controller has operation, alarm, lubrication and interval indicators, plus a small built-in buzzer.
Use with a positive-displacement distributor to deliver a metered quantity of oil.
Stores the set lubrication and interval times.
A pressure gauge monitors operating pressure.
A float switch detects oil level and automatically sends a signal.
A pressure-regulating valve allows pressure to be adjusted as needed.
Models with tanks over 3 L include an 8 kgf/cm2pressure switch to detect damage to the lubrication lines.
A forced lubrication key (F key) enables manual lubrication.
A special-alloy steel gear pump paired with an induction motor provides stable output pressure and a steady supply of lubricating oil to each lubrication point. Quiet operation and a long service life meet the needs of general large machinery.
