A timer controls lubrication and interval times. The controller has operation, alarm, lubrication and interval indicators, plus a small built-in buzzer.

Use with positive-displacement distributors for metered oil delivery.

Stores the set lubrication and interval times.

Two startup modes are available. The standard mode starts with lubrication: (a) lubrication first—the lubrication timer starts at power-on; (b) interval first—the interval timer starts at power-on.

Interval-first models have a memory function. If power fails during an interval, operation resumes from the remaining interval time when power returns, preventing repeated lubrication.

A pressure gauge monitors operating pressure.

A float switch detects oil level and automatically sends a signal.

An 8kgf/cm2 pressure switch detects damage to the lubrication lines.

A manual lubrication button (F button) provides forced lubrication. Do not hold it down for more than 3 minutes, to prevent motor overload.

Motor thermal protection temporarily stops operation for approximately 5 minutes when the temperature reaches 100°C.
