The MAG is a pneumatic lubricator. Lubrication and interval times are controlled by air pressure, requiring neither an electrical supply nor an electronic controller.

An optional 3-port, 2-position solenoid valve switches the air supply to control MAG ON/OFF operation.

Set the air supply ON time to at least 25 seconds and the OFF interval to 5 seconds to complete one operating cycle.

Recommended air supply pressure: 4–8kgf/cm2air supply, corresponding to a discharge pressure range of 117–290kgf/cm2, meeting different pressure requirements.

Fill the reservoir through the grease nipple to prevent air and foreign matter from entering.
