Lubrication and interval times are controlled by a timer.

The controller has 4 indicators: operation (ACT), alarm (ALM), lubrication (RUN) and interval (INT).

A pressure-regulating valve adjusts line pressure as required, and a manual lubrication button (F button) provides forced lubrication.

An optional 20kgf/cm² pressure switch detects damage to the lubrication lines and automatically sends a signal.

A special alloy-steel gear pump paired with an induction motor provides stable discharge pressure, quiet operation and long service life.

The induction motor includes a fan for effective cooling and longer lubricator service life.
