Lubrication and interval times are controlled by a timer.

The controller has 4 indicators: operation (ACT), alarm (ALM), lubrication (RUN) and interval (INT).

A pressure gauge monitors operating pressure.

Includes a forced lubrication button (F button). Do not hold it continuously for more than 3 minutes, to avoid motor overload.

Motor thermal protection temporarily stops the motor for approximately 5 minutes when its temperature reaches 100°C.

An optional 60kgf/cm² pressure switch detects damage to the lubrication lines.

An optional reed-switch oil-level detector monitors level and sends a signal automatically.

The controller includes a buzzer. On models fitted with a pressure switch or magnetic reed oil-level sensor, the buzzer sounds when abnormal pressure or oil level is detected.

Fill the KGN and KGNP-50 reservoirs through the grease nipple to prevent air and foreign matter from entering.

The KGNP-07 uses a 700cc bellows-type grease cartridge. Replace the cartridge when empty, avoiding time-consuming refilling. Grease cartridges are sold separately.
