√ The AOML-3000 oil-mist system uses air pressure to spray oil or coolant through a nozzle, without a separate pump or other pumping equipment.

√ AOML-3000C includes a digital controller for easy discharge-time setting.

√ Primarily for lubricating chains, gears and trolley conveyors on various equipment, as well as stamping dies, roll feeders and injection-moulding equipment.

√ Also suitable for lubrication and cooling during tapping, drilling and other cutting operations.

※ Note
Excessive air pressure can damage the container. Maintain the appropriate pressure.

Time Setting Procedure

1. Setting Procedure

MODE ■: begin settings, move between settings and confirm completion / ▲: increase value / ▼: decrease value.
A) Press button ③ MODE “■”; the interval time value flashes. Press button ① “▲” to increase or button ② “▼” to decrease it. After setting the required interval, press ③ MODE “■” again; the discharge time value flashes. Adjust it with ① “▲” and ② “▼”, then press ③ MODE “■” to exit the setting procedure.
B) If no value is entered for ten seconds during setup, the system treats setup as complete and automatically returns to operation.
C) Each press of ▲ or ▼ changes the value by one. Holding the button changes the value continuously.

2. Functions.

Pressing RESET during operation restores the initially configured operating state.

3. FEED Button (Manual Lubrication)

Press FEED during operation. The panel displays FEED and liquid is discharged while the button is held, independently of the set time. This is useful for purging air from piping and electrically feeding oil.
