Through-spindle Coolant Systems for Machining Centres: CTS
Dedicated to the development, production and sale of through-spindle coolant systems and high-pressure filtration systems for machine tools
Through-spindle coolant; pressurized spindle coolant; lathe cutting-fluid supply; energy-saving constant-pressure high-pressure through-spindle coolant.
7 MPa through-spindle coolant system for machine tools; high-pressure internal cooling for machining centers.
The A-RYUNG ACFC through-spindle coolant system is listed with a pressure range of 2MP–7MPA. Upstream cyclone and bag filters remove contaminants from the coolant tank, extending high-pressure pump service life. Its performance has made it a choice for machine tool manufacturers, with applications for Doosan, WIA (listed as wika in the source), Fair Friend and Tsugami.
● ACFH series high-pressure coolant filtration systems supply non-water-soluble cutting oil to CNC lathes for special or high-speed machining.
● ACFH series element filters are installed on the suction side. The design sends filtered sludge to the suction-tank drain, where it is collected by the basket in the dirty tank.
Sludge is therefore easy to handle.
● A high-pressure cooling pump and filter are integrated into a compact cabinet, reducing installation-space constraints.
● Product features.
It increases machining speeds for ordinary steel and high-hardness materials, breaks chips into small pieces for rapid removal, improves workpiece surface finish and extends tool life. Suitable for
non-water-soluble cutting fluids with a viscosity of 10–32 cSt.
A durable, seal-less high-pressure pump with special gears designed for water-soluble cutting fluids.
ACFC-G series combines a cyclone filter, element filter and gear-pump system in a compact design that saves installation space and simplifies maintenance.
ACFC-G series uses a dual-filter system combining cyclone and element filters. The first cyclone stage removes heavier contaminants such as metal chips,
impurities; the element filter then removes fine impurities floating on the oil surface for excellent filtration.
The cyclone filter used in this filtration system does not require replacement and can be used semi-permanently. The element filter can be cleaned according to the cleaning schedule and reused, providing a long service life and reducing
Convenient to use, avoiding the trouble and expense of frequent filter replacement.
Cyclone filter Filtered contaminants exit through the drain outlet. A filter basket can be placed at the drain to collect them for disposal.
Suitable for low-viscosity liquids such as water-soluble cutting oil (2 cSt).
● The ACFC series uses a dual filtration system combining a cyclone filter and an element filter. The first cyclone stage removes heavier contaminants such as chips; the second element stage removes lighter contaminants such as
Light suspended particles and other foreign matter can be thoroughly filtered.
● The AHFC-G through-spindle coolant system uses a cyclone filter that can operate semi-permanently without replacement. Its element filter is designed for compressed-air cleaning at the specified intervals, giving long service life and reducing
Less trouble and expense associated with filter-element replacement.
● Contaminants removed by the cyclone and element filters exit through their respective drain ports. A filter basket can be installed in the drain line to collect them for disposal.
● ACFC series cyclone filtration systems combine the pump and filter in one compact unit, allowing flexible installation and easy maintenance.
● Particularly suitable for low-viscosity fluids such as water-soluble cutting fluid (2 cSt).
ACFS The filtration system uses a cyclone principle and a dedicated high-pressure coolant pump, making it suitable for high-precision, high-performance, high-speed machine tools requiring high pressure.
● The cyclone design keeps chips moving through the drain valve instead of allowing them to accumulate.
● An air valve supplies air to remove chips from the filter, extending the filter replacement interval.
● Suitable for water-soluble and non-water-soluble cutting fluids.
AHGU This integrated high-pressure filter has a compact design and sits in the tank for easy installation and maintenance.
The product includes a filter for easy cleaning and air discharge.
Discharge pressure: 2.0–5.0 MPa; flow rate: 20.7–29.5 L/min; motor power: 1.5 kW, 2.5 kW or 3 kW.
