Weidoya Completes a Week-long Business Visit to Vietnam

To accelerate its expansion in Southeast Asia and support upgrading in Vietnam’s paper and machine-tool industries, a Suzhou Weidoya Automation Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. team visited Vietnam for a week of market research, customer visits and industry exchange.

During the visit, the team attended the Vietnam International Machine Tool Exhibition to study automation in Vietnam’s machining sector and local demand for lubrication-flow monitoring, cooling systems and industrial sensors. It met machine-tool manufacturers, automation integrators and equipment distributors to discuss A-RYUNG and CHEN YING machine-tool products, lubrication monitoring, cutting-fluid flow control and oil-line monitoring, exploring new cooperation opportunities.

The team also visited paper companies and industrial parks to study production-line conditions, focusing on web-break detection, online paper-moisture monitoring and white-water flow measurement and control. Drawing on Kytola and Sensorik Austria papermaking automation products, it discussed product deployment, technical support and joint distribution channels with local mills and engineering-service providers.

A week of field visits provided a clearer understanding of policies, competition and customer requirements in Vietnam’s machine-tool and paper sectors. First-hand market information lays the groundwork for the Vietnam subsidiary’s local operations, distribution network and pre-sales and after-sales technical support.

After years in China, Weidoya has established a clear industry focus: Kytola and Sensorik Austria serve pulp and paper, while A-RYUNG and CHEN YING focus on machining, providing reliable lubrication, cooling and supporting-product solutions for both sectors. The Vietnam visit is a key step in the company’s Southeast Asia strategy.
