A-RYUNG Low-temperature PLASMA Cutting Fluid Preservation Device
APG - 001
①
① ARYUNG Coolant filter structure
I PLASMA cutting-fluid preservation technology.
• This technology uses reactive radicals generated by PLASMA discharge, including ozone, hydrogen peroxide and OH, together with microbubbles, to disinfect machine tool cutting fluid and prevent or delay coolant deterioration.
I Main performance and features of PLASMA.
• PLASMA can be generated safely over extended periods to provide microbial disinfection.
• Sterilization capability of 99% against spoilage-causing bacteria, and organic matter removal above 90%.
• Used with clean cutting fluid, the system maintains cleanliness and original fluid quality for an extended period (approximately two years).
• Deodorization in processing plants.
• Use a bubble generator to improve treatment efficiency when disinfecting cutting fluid.
Low power consumption generates a high concentration of reactive radicals to improve disinfection performance.
A simplified electrode structure allows a compact PLASMA generator design.
• Compact design for tabletop or wall mounting.
I Main components of the cutting-fluid preservation system.
• The PLASMA cutting-fluid preservation system consists mainly of a plasma generator, power supply, micro-bubbler, air flow meter, sedimenter, controller and safety device.

I Application examples and economic benefits.
▶ Examples of partical use

▶ Economic effects
• Significant cutting-fluid purchasing savings (A-RYUNG: 8 MCT and 6 CNC machines).
• Waste cutting-fluid disposal costs.
A-RYUNG Machinery example: 10 tonnes of waste per year; RMB 18,000 per year.
• Operating experience: cutting-fluid purchasing costs reduced by approximately 50% and waste-fluid disposal costs by approximately 60% (total RMB 46,700).
• Lower cutting tool purchase costs through longer tool service life.
• Additional effects: cutting-fluid replacement frequency, notifying operators during replacement, effects on machining quality and shorter cleaning time.
I Mounting method.

① Plant air use.
| Standard setting | Pressure (bar) | Flow rate (L/min) |
| No. 1 | 3 | 20 |
| No. 2 | 5 | 15 |
② Safety device: cuts off electrical power if the air pressure supply is insufficient.
③ Ozone injection and contact equipment.
④ Operate for 5 minutes / stop for 10 minutes.
I Operating method.
| Tank size (L). | Immersion depth (mm) | Operating mode (run/stop). | Number of bubble machines. | Ozone emission measurement. |
| 200 or less. | 200 or less. | 2minutes/5minutes | 1 | Below 0.05 ppm. |
| 250 | 5minutes/10minutes | 1 | ||
| 201~350 | 200 or less. | 7minutes/15minutes | 1 | |
| 250 | 10minutes/20minutes | 1 | ||
| 351~500 | 250 or less. | 15minutes/30minutes | 2 | |
| 300 | 20minutes/40minutes | 2 | ||
| 501 or more. | 300 or more. | 25minutes/50minutes | 3 |
• Factory setting: 2 minutes operating / 5 minutes stopped.
