Product Features

• This pump is designed for medium-pressure cooling in machining centers and other industrial equipment.
• A filter must be installed at the suction inlet.
• A cyclone filter and a 25 μm bag filter are recommended; a vertical pressure-relief valve must be used.
• Special heat treatment of the gears and pump body improves durability with water-soluble cutting fluids.
• A splined coupling between the motor and pump head improves durability.
• No filter replacement is required, simplifying maintenance.
• Suitable for both water-soluble and oil-based cutting fluids.
• Compact design for vertical or horizontal installation.
• The product offers relatively high flow at pressure with a range of spray-nozzle specifications for convenient use.

Technical features.

• This gear pump uses an internal and an external gear. Their different curved profiles rotate together to generate pressure and move liquid using a trochoidal gear mechanism.
The product combines high flow, medium pressure, low noise and durability.
