RD Metering Fittings (M8xM8)
Use with a resistance-type lubricator.
Use with a straight-through distributor.
Suitable oil.
1. Calculate the flow required at each lubrication point and select a compatible resistance-type oil lubricator.
2. Total lubricant consumption per minute at all lubrication points must not exceed half the lubricator’s discharge per minute, to prevent pressure dropping.
3. Use a 6 mm main line to reduce lubricant pressure loss in the piping.
4. Metering-fitting flow ratios increase in an arithmetic sequence (No. 00 is 1/3 of No. 0).
5. The metering fitting received Taiwan utility-model patent M571928.
6. Do not use recycled oil or add volatile oils; contaminants may accumulate and affect oil delivery.
