ACH Horizontal Multistage Pumps

ACH horizontal multistage pumps have compact dimensions for installations with limited space. They are primarily used for small machine tools and residential or industrial water supply.

Key pump parts are stainless steel and incorporate an FKM fluororubber mechanical seal for heat resistance and durability.

» Scope of application.

• ACH horizontal multistage pumps have compact dimensions for installations with limited space. They are primarily used for small machine tools and residential or industrial water supply.
- Machine tools (cooling and lubrication).
- Water supply and transfer: light industry and agricultural water transfer and circulation.
- Pressure boosting: for single-pump and multi-pump boosters.
- For domestic water supply.
• Key pump parts are stainless steel and incorporate an FKM fluororubber mechanical seal for heat resistance and durability.

» Fluid.

• ACH series pumps are self-priming, but dry running before priming with cutting fluid can damage the shaft seal. Take particular care during initial installation.
• Use clean, low-viscosity, non-explosive liquids without solid particles, abrasive sediment or fibres, and compatible with pump materials. If fluid density and viscosity exceed those of water-soluble cutting fluid, increase motor power as necessary.

» Operating conditions.

• Liquid temperature range: 0–90°C.
• Maximum ambient temperature: operation below 55°C. Maximum liquid temperatures depend on the fluid used, as shown in the table below.

» Motor.

• This pump uses a standard fan-cooled motor whose main specifications follow general standards.

- Protection rating: IP54
- Insulation class: F
- 50 Hz standard voltage:Three-phase 200/380, 415 V.
- 60 Hz standard voltage:Three-phase 220/380, 440 V.

• We use high-efficiency motors for ratings above 750 W. Motors with non-standard supply voltages or other high-efficiency motors can be made to customer requirements; motor specifications and external dimensions may change.

• The three-phase motor must be connected to a standards-compliant starter box.
