1. Do not refill and reuse an empty grease cartridge, as this may damage the lubricator.

2. When loosening the grease-cartridge cap, hold it firmly to prevent the spring force from ejecting it.

3. Before installing a new grease cartridge, squeeze out a little grease to prevent air entering the lubricator.

◆ Replacement Procedure

1		Hold the grease cartridge cover firmly and turn it counterclockwise to loosen it.
2		Remove the cover and spring.
3		Turn the empty grease cartridge counterclockwise and remove it.
4		Before installing a new cartridge, squeeze out a small amount of grease to prevent air entering the lubricator.
5		Turn the new cartridge clockwise to secure it to the cover base.
6		Refit the cover and spring.
7		Turn the cover clockwise to secure it to the base and complete cartridge replacement.
