√ The AGP-15 is a compact electric grease pump for a small number of lubrication points over short distances. It can be combined with an ARU-R distributor.

√ The AGP-15M pump has no built-in controller and must be operated using an external controller.

Precautions for use.

The AGP-15 grease pump has a built-in adjustable pressure valve. Excessively high operating pressure reduces pump durability, so set the pressure appropriately.

Before connecting the distributor valve, open the vent to expel air until grease flows out. Then connect the valve for use.

The reservoir is reinforced plastic. Avoid chemical solvents such as paint thinner to prevent corrosion.

Use high-quality lithium-based grease in the NLGI No. 000 to No. 1 range.

Mixing with other greases can cause contamination or chemical reactions. Use caution and avoid mixing whenever possible.

Minimum Time Setting Conditions

This intermittently operated grease pump is driven by a small motor. A sudden increase in power causes a rapid temperature rise. Set the pause interval according to the chart on the left.

If the pause interval is too short relative to the discharge time, the internal safety device detects excessive motor temperature and stops the motor automatically. Operation resumes after the temperature falls.
