KGNVB Pressure-relief Electric Semi-fluid Grease Lubricator
Metered lubrication
Timer-controlled.
1. A timer controls lubrication and interval times.
2. Use with a CFB volumetric grease distributor for metered delivery.
3. The electronic box has four indicators: ACT (action), ALM (alarm), RUN (lubrication) and INT (interval).
4. A pressure-regulating valve adjusts line pressure. The forced-feed button (F key) also allows manual lubrication.
5. An optional 20 kgf/cm² pressure switch detects damage to the lubrication lines and automatically sends a signal.
6. A special alloy-steel gear pump paired with an induction motor provides stable discharge pressure, quiet operation and long service life.
7. A fan cools the induction motor effectively and extends lubricator service life.
