Inquiry

1. Operating and pause times are controlled by a timer. The standard pneumatic pressure-relief version requires an air supply of 4.5–8 kgf/cm²; an electric pressure-relief version is also available and does not require an air supply.

2. Use with a CFB volumetric grease distributor for metered delivery.

3. The electronic box has four indicators: ACT (action), ALM (alarm), RUN (lubrication) and INT (interval).

4. Includes a pressure gauge for checking operating pressure.

5. A forced lubrication button (F button) is provided. Do not hold it continuously for more than 3 minutes, to prevent motor overload.

6. Includes motor thermal protection. At 100°C, operation stops temporarily for approximately 5 minutes.

7. An optional 60kgf/cm² pressure switch detects damage to the lubrication lines.

8. An optional reed-switch oil-level detector can monitor level and send a signal automatically.

9. Fill the KGNB reservoir through the grease nipple to prevent air and foreign matter from entering.

10. KGNBP-07 must be used with a 700 cc bellows-type grease cartridge. Replace the empty cartridge without time-consuming refilling. Cartridges are sold separately; refer to the bellows-type grease cartridge ordering codes.

◆ Replacement Procedure

1		Hold the grease cartridge cover firmly and turn it counterclockwise to loosen it.
2		Remove the cover and spring.
3		Turn the empty grease cartridge counterclockwise and remove it.
4		Before installing a new cartridge, squeeze out a small amount of grease to prevent air entering the lubricator.
5		Turn the new cartridge clockwise to secure it to the cover base.

6		Refit the cover and spring.
7		Turn the cover clockwise to secure it to the base and complete cartridge replacement.
