CEPB Pressure-relief Electric Lubricator (Internal DIP Switches)
Metered oil delivery. Timer-controlled. Selectable lubrication startup mode.
1. The time controller is inside the control box. DIP switches set operation and interval times, with eight choices for each.
2. The control box includes ACT and INT indicators.
3. Two startup modes are available; interval first is standard. (a) Lubrication first: operation timing begins at power-on. (b) Interval first: interval timing begins at power-on.
4. Interval-first models retain the remaining interval after a power interruption and resume from that point at restart, avoiding repeated lubrication.
5. Use with positive-displacement distributors for metered oil delivery.
6. Includes a pressure gauge for checking operating pressure.
7. Includes a float switch for oil level detection and automatic signaling.
8. Includes a buzzer that sounds when the oil level is low.
9. Includes a forced-feed button (F button). Do not hold for more than 3 minutes to avoid motor overload.
10. Includes motor thermal protection. At 100°C, operation stops temporarily for approximately 5 minutes.
