CEN04 Pressure-relief Electric Lubricator
Metered oil delivery. Timer-controlled. Selectable lubrication startup mode.
1. Operation and interval times are timer-controlled. The control box has ACT, ALM, RUN and INT indicators and a built-in small buzzer.
2. Use with positive-displacement distributors for metered oil delivery.
3. Stores the configured operation and interval times.
4. Two startup modes are available; lubrication first is standard. (a) Lubrication first: the operation timer starts at power-on. (b) Interval first: the interval timer starts at power-on.
5. Interval-first models include memory. If power is interrupted during an interval, operation resumes with the remaining interval after restart, avoiding repeated lubrication.
6. Includes a pressure gauge for checking operating pressure.
7. Includes a float switch for oil level detection and automatic signaling.
8. Includes an 8 kgf/cm² pressure switch for detecting oil line damage.
9. Includes a forced-feed button (F button). Do not hold for more than 3 minutes to avoid motor overload.
10. Includes motor thermal protection. At 100°C, operation stops temporarily for approximately 5 minutes.
