1. Air pressure is controlled by a 2-port, 2-position solenoid valve. Depending on the valve position, models are classified as horizontal CEN22 or vertical CEN23.

2. A timer controls lubrication and interval times. The controller has operation (ACT), alarm (ALM), lubrication (RUN) and interval (INT) indicators, plus a small built-in buzzer.

3. Stores the configured operation and interval times.

4. Two startup modes are available. The standard mode starts with an interval: (a) lubrication first—the lubrication timer starts at power-on; (b) interval first—the interval timer starts at power-on.

5. Interval-first models include memory. If power is interrupted during an interval, operation resumes with the remaining interval after restart, avoiding repeated lubrication.

6. Includes a pressure gauge for checking operating pressure.

7. Includes a float switch for oil level detection and automatic signaling.

8. A pressure-regulating valve adjusts line pressure. Turning clockwise increases oil delivery; turning counterclockwise decreases it.

9. An air-pressure adjustment valve improves atomization as required.

10. A manual lubrication button (F button) provides forced lubrication.

11. Air pressure and output power can be switched off when the lubricator is switched off.

12. Cooling, lubrication and chip removal reduce mechanical wear and extend service life.

13. One lubricator per lubrication point is recommended for better oil-mist mixing and consistent oil delivery.
