1. An oil-return system recirculates lubricating oil, reducing oil consumption.
2. A magnetic strainer at the return port prevents iron particles and other contaminants entering the reservoir, keeping circulating oil clean.
3. A timer controls lubrication and interval times. The controller has operation (ACT), alarm (ALM), lubrication (RUN) and interval (INT) indicators.
4. A small buzzer inside the controller sounds when an abnormal oil level is detected.
5. A special-alloy steel gear pump paired with an induction motor provides stable output pressure, quiet operation and a long service life.
6. A pressure-regulating valve allows discharge pressure to be adjusted as needed.
7. Includes a float switch for oil level detection and automatic signaling.
8. Includes a forced-feed button (F button) for manual lubrication.
9. After installation and piping, run continuous forced lubrication to prime the system. Begin normal operation only after the oil lines are completely filled.
