CESP Resistance-type Electric Lubricator with Internal DIP Switches

Non-metered lubrication.
Timer-controlled.
Optional lubrication-on-startup mode.

1. The timer is inside the controller. DIP switches set lubrication and interval times, with 8 options for each.

2. The control box includes ACT and INT indicators.

3. Two startup modes are available. The standard mode starts with an interval: (a) lubrication first—the lubrication timer starts at power-on; (b) interval first—the interval timer starts at power-on.

4. Interval-first models retain the remaining interval after a power interruption and resume from that point at restart, avoiding repeated lubrication.

5. Includes a float switch for oil level detection and automatic signaling.

6. A buzzer sounds a warning when the oil level is too low.

7. A manual lubrication button (F key) is provided. Do not hold it for more than 3 minutes, to avoid motor overload.

8. Includes motor thermal protection. At 100°C, operation stops temporarily for approximately 5 minutes.
