CESH Resistance-type Electric Lubricator with External Single Knob
Non-metered lubrication.
Timer-controlled.
Optional lubrication-on-startup mode.
1. Lubrication time is fixed at 10 seconds. A knob on the outside of the controller sets the interval. Operation (ACT) and interval (INT) indicators are provided.
2. Two startup modes are available. The standard mode starts with an interval: (a) lubrication first—the lubrication timer starts at power-on; (b) interval first—the interval timer starts at power-on.
3. Interval-first models have a memory function. If power fails during an interval, operation resumes from the remaining interval time when power returns, preventing repeated lubrication.
4. Includes a float switch for oil level detection and automatic signaling.
5. A buzzer sounds a warning when the oil level is too low.
6. A manual lubrication button (F key) is provided. Do not hold it for more than 3 minutes, to avoid motor overload.
7. Motor thermal protection is provided. At 100°C, the motor stops temporarily for approximately 5 minutes.
