Inquiry

1. Operation and interval times are PLC-controlled.

2. Includes a pressure gauge for checking operating pressure.

3. Single-phase 110V, single-phase 220V and DC24V models include a manual lubrication button. Do not hold it down for more than 3 minutes, to prevent motor overload.

4. Single-phase 110V and single-phase 220V models include motor thermal protection. At 100°C, the motor temporarily stops for approximately 5 minutes.

5. An optional 60 kgf/cm² pressure switch can detect damage to the lubrication lines.

6. An optional reed-switch oil-level detector can monitor level and send a signal automatically.

7. Fill the KGC and KGCP-50 reservoirs through the grease nipple to prevent air and foreign matter from entering.

8. KGCP-07 must be used with a 700 cc bellows-type grease cartridge. Replace the empty cartridge without time-consuming refilling. Cartridges are sold separately; refer to the bellows-type grease cartridge ordering codes.

9. Refer to the diaphragm pressure switch specifications for contact information.

◆ Replacement Procedure

1		Hold the grease cartridge cover firmly and turn it counterclockwise to loosen it.
2		Remove the cover and spring.
3		Turn the empty grease cartridge counterclockwise and remove it.
4		Before installing a new cartridge, squeeze out a small amount of grease to prevent air entering the lubricator.
5		Turn the new cartridge clockwise to secure it to the cover base.

6		Refit the cover and spring.
7		Turn the cover clockwise to secure it to the base and complete cartridge replacement.
