KACP Resistance-type Electric Grease Lubricator

Non-metered grease delivery. PLC-controlled. Cartridge type.

Inquiry

1. Operation and interval times are PLC-controlled.

2. Includes a pressure gauge for checking operating pressure.

3. Includes a forced-feed button for manual lubrication.

4. An optional 60 kgf/cm² pressure switch detects oil line damage.

5. An optional reed-type oil level sensor detects the oil level and signals automatically.

6. Fill KAC models through the grease nipple to prevent air and foreign matter entering the reservoir.

7. KACP-07 uses a 700 cc bellows grease cartridge. Replace the empty cartridge without time-consuming refilling. Cartridges are sold separately; refer to the bellows grease cartridge ordering codes.

8. Refer to the diaphragm pressure switch specifications for contact information.

◆ Replacement Procedure

1		Hold the grease cartridge cover firmly and turn it counterclockwise to loosen it.
2		Remove the cover and spring.
3		Turn the empty grease cartridge counterclockwise and remove it.
4		Before installing a new cartridge, squeeze out a small amount of grease to prevent air entering the lubricator.
5		Turn the new cartridge clockwise to secure it to the cover base.

6		Refit the cover and spring.
7		Turn the cover clockwise to secure it to the base and complete cartridge replacement.
