I Product Features
• Liquid supplied at a specified pressure is separated by swirling centrifugal action. Clean liquid exits from the upper discharge port, while heavier contaminants such as metal chips settle and are collected at the dirty drain outlet.
• Filtration uses the centrifugal force of the liquid.
• Cyclone filtration: approximately 95% recovery of weighted particles of 10 μm–2 mm in water-soluble cutting fluid; approximately 60% in non-water-soluble fluid.
• The cyclone block has a hardened surface for excellent wear resistance and long-term use without replacement.
• No filter cleaning or replacement is required, simplifying management and reducing maintenance costs.
• Contaminants discharged through the drain can be directed to a chip conveyor or basket for convenient collection.

Note: Filtration flow varies with the drain orifice diameter.
I Product Specifications

① Block 1 : Centrifugal force
Liquid enters the supply inlet at a specified pressure, generating centrifugal force.
② Block 2 : 1st Sedimentation
- Hard surface treatment
- Improvement of abrasion resistance
Centrifugal force carries metal chips and solid contaminants downward along the wall.。
③ Block 3 : Sedimentation
Settled chips and solids leave through the drain orifice.
