1. Versions are grouped by lubricant: GP series for grease, and OP series / CP-36C for oil.

2. Automatic lubrication delivers a steady supply to lubrication points, saving time and labour.

3. GP and OP series include 3 adapters: PT1/4-19, PT1/8-28 and 1/4-28UNF.

4. CP-36C is an OP-36C fitted with a brush, without adapters.

5. Refillable for long-term use, these lubricators suit bearings, slideways and motor shafts in various environments and industrial machines. (a) For GP series, fill through the grease nipple and replace its protective cap afterward to keep air and foreign matter out of the reservoir. (b) For OP series and CP-36C, remove the outer cover and add oil through the filling port. Refit the cover properly afterward to prevent contamination and a vacuum condition.

6. A rotary flow-adjustment knob sets the delivery volume. After stopping OP series and CP-36C units, always turn the knob clockwise fully to zero.

7. Do not clean the reservoir with organic solvents such as toluene or carbon tetrachloride.
