•Fluid passes through primary suction filtration at the top of the pump head, then secondary inline filtration before discharge. Clean fluid supplied to the equipment helps extend tool life.
• The vacuum gauge on the filter makes clogging easy to identify.
• The filter can be disassembled easily to clean the internal screen.
• A differential pressure indicator is fitted above the inline filter. When it turns red, clean or replace the internal screen.
• One to four solenoid valves can be installed.
• The compact unit fits beneath an automatic bar feeder without requiring extra floor space.
• Suitable for both water-soluble and oil-based cutting fluids.
• Wheels underneath the unit facilitate movement.
• The internal and external gears receive special heat treatment for low noise and durability.

 

Filter Replacement / Cleaning Intervals

Use the vacuum gauge scale to determine when to replace or clean the filter.
• Red: Replace / clean           • Yellow: Caution            • Green: Normal
