Primary filter: cyclone filter
Primary cyclone filtration performance depends on the cutting material. Typically, at least approximately 95% of foreign matter of about 10 μm–2 mm can be recovered. No replacement is required, allowing long-term use.
Secondary filter: bag filter
The secondary bag filter removes suspended material and other particles not captured by the cyclone filter for thorough filtration.
•Check pressure with a gauge or sensor to identify a clogged or abnormal bag filter. When pressure exceeds 1 bar, assess whether filter replacement is required.
Alternatively, a low-level float switch alarm in the clean tank can indicate filter clogging.
•Built-in discharge pressure gauge: 60 / 100 bar
• Optional discharge pressure switch: 5 bar
Detects whether the high-pressure pump is running
• Built-in supply pump pressure gauge: 1–3.5 bar
• Built-in float switch:
1. High / Middle level: supply on / off. 2. Low level: filter replacement
• Casters facilitate moving and installation
